On the 12th June 2006, a number of the Anthos productlines were acquired by Biochrom Limited via its Austrian subsidiary, Asys Hitech.

The product lines acquired are as follows:

2010 and 2020 Absorbance Readers, Zenyth 340 and 200 Absorbance Readers, Lucy Luminescence Readers, Fluido Washers, ADAP Software, ThermoStar Incubator/Shakers
