Customer ServiceReturn Merchandise Authorisation Returns procedure:(download detailed info)1. If you intend to return a product to Asys Hitech please send a short email containing the following information:
2. Our reply to your email will contain your Returns Number. 3. Carefully complete the Returns Request Form (download) 4. Carefully complete theDecontamination Certificate(download) In case of a missing certificate the instrument has to be cleaned at the factory side and a special fee of 250.00 EUR will be charged! 5. Both forms must be attached to the outside of the packing to make all information available without opening the packing. 6. If the product is shipped from non-EC-countries a Proforma-Invoice must be added to the delivery notes! 7. The use of an original packing is a must. If the packing is no longer available a suitable substitute must be used to prevent damage during transportation. Asys Hitech will return repaired instruments in original packing only. The new packing will be fully charged at the customers side.
